We're not a traditional agency. We're not about high commissions, pressurised sales calls and commoditising key workers. We got into business to shake up the industry and take on the recruitment agencies. We're all about a fairer deal for schools and teachers. We believe in supply teaching jobs that are fair, flexible and better paid. We believe in high quality teachers without the high commissions.

How did it all begin?

The current model isn't working for schools OR teachers. The higher and higher levels of commission charged by agencies is unsustainable for schools. We heard from teachers about their fears. How by declining roles that might not be right for them, they might lose favour and future opportunities with agencies. With our knowledge of education and technology, we launched Airsupply to tackle these challenges. Our digital platform connects schools and teachers directly.

What makes us different?

We help supply teachers find roles that pay better and offer them greater flexibility. We give teachers information about a school and the role before they choose if it is right for them. If they turn down a position, we don't judge them or make them explain themselves. We support our teachers with Continual Professional Development as well as access to Health and Wellbeing support. Because our commissions are lower, schools that use Airsupply, pay less but the teacher still earns more. We don't pressurise schools into taking teachers that might not be right for them. Schools can view the teacher’s profile in advance and select the one that is right for them.
